Where are you located?Emerge Beauty Supply is a beauty supply store that operates online. As a result, we don't have a physical location. However, pick ups are done in Bournes Village St. George.

How will I get my order?Emerge Beauty Supply provides our customers with two options for receiving their orders. Local pickup and islandwide delivery is available. To learn more about this, please visit here.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?You can always contact us if you need to change or cancel your order. We'd be happy to help!

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?If you have a question that isn't answered in our FAQ section, please contact us via one of the methods here. One of our representatives will gladly respond to your inquiry.

What do I do if I received a defective order?If any of the items in your order are defective, please contact us as soon as you open it. As long as the item(s) is returned, we will either refund or exchange it. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be unopened and that you must be within the refund and exchange policy.

What is the return policy?If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in exchange for another product/item within 48 hours of your purchase. Please keep in mind that your product/item must be both undamaged and unopened in order to be eligible for exchange.
